Usage and credits
Metering happens where the work happens: a job records what it spent as it spends it, and the ledger it writes to is append-only, so a correction is a new row rather than a rewritten one. This page adds nothing of its own — it prints the totals the API computed and the rows they came from.
Usage is per account. Sign in to see this period's totals, the rows behind them, and what is left of the quota. Reading this site costs nothing and is not metered.
What is metered
Three things: model tokens on the refine and vocabulary passes, embedding calls on indexing, and the wall time of a job that holds a worker. Retrieval against an already-built index is not metered, which is why the keyword leg of a hybrid query costs nothing at all. The quota thresholds themselves are per plan, not per page.
